3. Online Booking
Service requests submitted through our website booking form are processed through Workiz, our scheduling platform. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a specific appointment time. We will confirm your appointment by phone or text after your request is received.
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by calling us at (913) 530-9874 before the technician is dispatched. If a technician has already been dispatched to your location, a service call fee may apply.
